Project Asa

Asa is the Japanese word for fresh and new beginnings. This project, which was designed and executed by Furbishy for the owner of Hyderabad's largest performance marketing agency and has young family serves as an oasis in the heart of the bustling city.
Over the course of 6 months, this 3,000 sq. ft. space was developed into a repose for our client in the middle of the busy city of Hyderabad.

A plethora of textures :
Project Asa is an ode to everything that tells a story using texture, forms and an over all sense of a calming mood as you walk from space to space. Starting with a formal area that was separated by a solid wood and glass partition to a dining area that has a statement stone inlay top. This is set against a small hand wash area that is framed with a textured tile with his own self textured characteristics. Ofcourse what binds the space is definetely the ceiling custom made installation that stands pristine in its white form.

Moving in to the informal room we watch the showstopper : which is the most comforting rust hued couch set as the center piece of the space. This complemented with a handmade rug that is almost its own art piece juxtaposed with various tables and decor elements of varying heights.
The outdoor balcony nook is the treat of the home with its 20th level views of Hyderabads skyline.
The bedrooms are flanked as two wings of the home and partake in carving out their own personality. One namely being their children’s escape with everything they need in one space and then the master bedroom with its conversation worthy custom wallpaper and softer resting spaces.
